Add Text To Sub-Category

Make sure that you added your text to the description of your category.
Then, edit the menu item of that page via the Joomla menu manager and turn on the "show description" setting under the category or product options tab and it will display it there.

From what I can see, that's because you changed the type of the menu item.
Change it to "products listing", and under the "products options" tab, turn off the "show description" setting and save. Then, change the type back to "category listing" and save.
It should then display the description only once.

Ah, I see what's the problem.
I think your issue is with the type of the menu item you're using in your categories listing module on the left sidebar.
In it, you should select the "categories listing" instead of the "products listing" menu item in its settings.
That way, the URL of the page you provided will be categories/category/264-face-masks.html instead of products/category/264-face-masks.html and you'll see that it will display properly.
