Hi,

I am not 100% sure is it hikashop related but found it mostly happens browsing categories, products or in checkout...

The issue is that sometimes when trying to access some page browser stucks with loading. It loads forever and page wont open. It happens for both, front-end and back-end... What helps is to close re-open web browser and go to same page again. It happens randomly. Have searched a lot but cant find the issue. Looked all logs or anything what could help to find the issue. It is not browser related....

Could someone guide me how this can be debugged?

Thank you

Hello,

I'm sorry but like that it's difficult to say ; but it can be network related or server related and in these case, it's nearly impossible to debug.

Hi,

So after some time we still have same issue. What I noticed is that if user is logged in and this issue happens after browser reopen user is logged out. Could this be related to user session or something?

We have session timeout set to 30 and issue could happen after 5 min. you log in.

Any thoughts on this?

Many thanks

Hi,

I can't say much either.
I could be anything. As long as there is no clear procedure defined to accurately reproduce the problem, we can only guess but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
