Hi,

I have some problems, when a vendor would buy something in my shop. If the setting "After a product is added to cart" stands on "stay on the same page and display popup" the site freeze, but the product is in the cart. By the two other settings there are no problems. So what I can do? Is this a bug or a mistake on my site?

thanks for help

Hi,

What do you mean with "the site freeze" ?

HikaMarket does not do something special for vendor who add something in the cart so I don't think it is related to the vendor.
You can test it using a "regular" account. If so, I would recommend you to create a new post in the HikaShop section of the forum.

Hi,

what I mean with "freeze" is that the sites crashes when a vendor put something in the cart and I can only refresh the live-site or can go back in the browser. There is no normal click possible. I check this with regular accounts and all usergroups (ACL). The problem is only when I try this with an vendor account. So thats why I create this topic in the section hikamarket.

Do you have a idea?

thanks

Hi,

Like that, no.
When a user is logged as a vendor, he is nothing more than a normal user ; the vendor account is something near and it is only manage by HikaMarket.
HikaShop just see a regular account.
The only thing I can think about is a special user group.

After that, if the site crashes, you should have something in your PHP error log. And having an error could be more than useful to understand what is happening.
Because I can currently use my vendor accounts in my test websites to make orders in the front-end ; they can add products in there cart without any trouble.. That's why the source of your error is very difficult to understand.
