I believe that the field « canonical url » is not populated when we edit a product on the frontend.

We tried with many products and the field « canonical url » has a value only in the backend.

The canonical url is not populated in the HikaShop backend.

See on this image. Url canonical is empty even if this field is not empty in the database.

Hi,

Okay, you mean displayed.
HikaShop populate the "product alias" if there is no product alias filled for a product. I think that you say that the product canonical was populated automatically like the alias.

You can edit the view "productmarket | form" and replace

$this->escape(@$this->element->product_canonical);

$this->escape(@$this->product->product_canonical);

It will fix the display of the data on the page.
