One shipping method to several vendors

-- HikaMarket version -- : 1.6.7

Hi,

I did not find how to assign one shipping method to multiple vendors. If most of the vendors (but not all of the vendors) use the same shipping method, how could I assign it to them?

Hi,

When there is no vendor assignation ; all vendors are able to use it.

It is not possible to assign several vendor per shipping method because it is using the warehouse system (and there is one warehouse per shipping method).
But it is plan that you could select some ACL on the shipping method in order to filter the shipping method per vendor group.

Maybe I miss something here. What is the idea here about using ACL if all the vendors have simmilar rights? Or should I manually assign some rights to the others?

There is the case. 90% of our vendor's warehouses are situated in Sofia. And all of them are going to use the same shipping company. What should I do to exclude that shipping method for the rest 10%?
How to use ACL here?

Sorry, I missed that.

And it would be great if there is a vendor column or comment column in shipping methods list, so that if there are several methods with the same name one could easily find which method is assigned to which vendor.

I added your request in the TODO list.
It might require few modifications in HikaShop in order to handle more dynamic content in the listing ; but it is something possible.
