Vendor name on Orders page

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business 2.6.3
-- HikaMarket version -- : HikaMarket Multivendor 1.7.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.7
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 46.0.1

When logged in the frontend as main vendor (super admin) looking at the orders there's no column for Vendor.

Is there a simple way to add it without hardcoding it?

Hi,

The order listing display the "main" orders (the HikaShop customer orders) and not the "sub orders" (HikaMarket vendor orders).
In one order, you might have several products from several vendors ; that's why HikaMarket creates these subsales.
And that's also why there is no vendor attached to a "main order" ; because the vendor do not own that order, it owns the sub sale which only contains his specific content.

Thanks for the quick reply.

That makes perferct sense.

2 questions:

1. If I never have an order that involves more than 1 vendor - is it possible then to show the vendor name?
2. How can admin (main vendor) see areport of sales by vendor?

Hi,

1 - Yes it is possible ; but it requires a modification of the SQL query which list the orders in order to perform a "join" on the same table to retrieve the vendor subsale (and extract the order_vendor_id).

2 - There is no vendor management in the front-end for the moment (or vendor listing inside HikaMarket front-end dashboard).
For the moment the admin reports on the vendor are in the backend ; when you display the vendor edition page in the backend you also have a "report" button in the toolbar).
