Best practices when cart is limited to one vendor.

I have it set to Limit vendors in cart to One Vendor. Payments go direct to Vendor.
I need your expertise with setting up categories so as not to confuse the customer. If I understand this right the customer must check-out with each vendor... so if I have it set so a customer shops and pics different items from different vendors, is that confusing for them? How is it best to set up categories... If on my menu I have it set up to Men's Clothing and it displays all men's clothing for all vendors, how does this look to the customer at check out time? Do I need to set it up so my menu goes to the vendor category? Thank you for your advice.

Hi,

If you want your vendor be paid directly (using a payment method using a credit card), the limitation of vendors in the cart is some kind of obligation.
Otherwise you can use "adaptive" payment plugins or manual payment methods ("collect on delivery").

There is no best practice.
When a customer already have a vendor product in his cart, he cannot add products of other vendors. The product addition will be cancel and he will get a notice message.
In order to avoid the customer to perform unwanted action, you can organize your shop by vendors ; so when the customer enter a vendor section, he will know that he can buy all the products from the same vendor.

I'm not sure I understand. Below is the url path for the page where I want to change the name

I went into the joomla plugin folders but could find no lantuage files anywhere

I tried to create an override but I did not work.
