How to manage shipment metods from frontend

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.3.0
-- HikaMarket version -- : 3.1.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.18
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.26

Dear support,

I saw that the Super user can manage the shipments from the Seller control panel (like in the red area marked in the photo in attach) but the sellers no, also if I specify the seller for a shipment metod. There is an option for enable this possibility?
