Question about subscription restriction

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.25
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.14

Hello

I am using hikashop on my site ( domain.com ) and this domain is registered here attached to our subscription.

We have created a directory inside that site here domain.com/new where we have cloned our site for some testing purposes. When trying to use the configuration / cron / "Create/Edit your Cron task" we get the following error:

The web cron is a service we propose to our subscribers based on the website attached to their subscription.
You do not seem to have an available subscription for the website domain.com/new
Please login on your account to manage your subscription

Please advise how we can bypass this issue because our main site is live and we want to test importing products to the clone site without risk.

Hi,

The cron service is for only one website per subscription.
So you can either:
- use the cron service of your hosting if provided
- use a third party cron service like: cron-job.org/en/
- just manually open the cron URL of the cloned website with your browser to manually trigger the cron for your tests.
