Problème avec les paiements paypal

Bonjour,

J'ai testé le plgin avec le bac à sable, tout fonctionne parfaitement mais lorsque un client passe une commande, nous devons confirmer manuellement la commande.

Bonjour,

Utilisez-vous l'option "Autoriser les notifications de paiement par PayPal" ? si non, activez la car c'est celle ci qui permettra à Paypal de confirmer automatiquement vos commandes.

Je pense que vous trouverez surement votre réponse ici :

Do you receive an email when the payment notification is received ?
If yes, then you should check the email message and that documentation: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...nt-paypal-error.html

If no, the it means that HikaShop is not triggered. In such cases you need to check:
Do you have any security component which could block the paypal notification ? If yes, turn it off and try again.
Do you have a system plugin which redirects URLs ? You can try to unpublish the different system plugins via the joomla plugins manager and try again to identify which plugin is causing the problem.
Do you have SEF activated or a SEF component installed ? If yes, you can try to deactivate it and see if that works.
You can also look at the tab "files" of the configuration for the path of the payment log file so that you can open that file and see what HikaShop wrote in that file.

It s still not working and my log file doesn t show any paiement information.

I could give access to one of your administrator if necessary ( i m using hikashop pro and hikamarket pro)

Avez vous vérifié chaque point de notre FAQ sur le sujet ?

Elle mentionne toutes les choses qui pourraient faire que les notifications de paiement ne soient pas reçues.

Certaines de ces vérifications nécessitent soit l'accès au compte paypal, soit une vérification en FTP des fichiers, soit de contacter l'hébergeur et donc un accès au backend ne serait suffisant pour tout vérifier.
