[RESOLVED] Associate an Affiliate to a product?

-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.6
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no error message, question about associating affiliates to products

I know there are "brands" on the product, is there a way to associate the affiliate with the brand, or directly with the products? All my products are from specific vendors (brands) those vendors are affiliates (partners) so I would like to add the affiliate id to the products and be able to display all the products owned by an affiliate to them. Is this possible?

But it looks like that is how you configure someone who sells your products.... I'm actually selling their products.

Hi,

Brands are not joomla users, and there is nothing in place for that. Sure, with some custom plugin you might be able to achieve it.

But then, why not use HikaMarket Multivendor ? It's has been developed to do just that: have products assigned to vendors, and allow vendors to potentially see/manage their products, their sales, their fees, etc.

I will definitely look into HikaMarket. Is it easy to migrate from Business to Market?

There is no migration : HikaMarket is an add-on.
