-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.33

Hi

Sorry to bother again, I have three Questions.
1. Is it possible to customize the the T&Cs check box and if so what class do I need to edit

2. Is it possible to add a second checkbox (one to accept T&Cs the other to accept our Privacy Policies)

3. Is it possible to link the T&Cs to a PDF instead on an article

Thanks

Hi,

1. Sure, you can do that with CSS.
You can easily find the class to use with your browser's developer tool as we explain here :
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...ize-the-display.html
Its the class hikashop_checkout_terms_checkboxfor the checkbox.

2. Yes. Just add a second Terms & Condition view to your checkout workflow and in its settings select another Joomla article and enter another label.

3. There is no option for that. If you want to do that, you would have to edit the file "show_block_terms" via the menu Display>Views and add custom code to it for that.

Hi

Thanks, just one question though regarding the second T&Cs checkbox

I have managed to add another checkbox to the checkout the only problem is that currently Hikashop only blocks you from proceeding if you leave both check boxes unchecked, if you check any one of the two it allows you to proceed.

How do I set it so that both must be checked.

Hi,

Ah, yes, when both T&C views are on the same step, the system doesn't differentiate them properly.
I've added a patch on our end for that.
Download again the install package on our website and install it on yours and that will fix the issue.

I also need two separate Checkboxes.
But the shop checks only if one is checked.

How do i make that all 2 Terms and GDPR must be checked?

Thanks,
Stefan

Hi Stefanfrei

What version of Hikashop are you using?

Also under Configuration/advanced did you set legacy checkout to No?

I simply have it setup that I have two T&Cs blocks added to my checkout flow, and the system requires them to tick both before they can proceed.
I am using 3.5.1 though so I am not sure if that could be what is causing mine to work.

For some reason, I get no Message, the system just goes back to the first page of the checkout process.
Do you get two separate messages
