It doesn't forward to checkout page after add to cart

Hi,
since the latest update of Hikashop I have following problem:

1. After add a product to cart, normally it forward automatically to the checkout overview page. But now after the latest update it doesn't forward anymore. I have to click in the cart for see the article.
In the hikashop settings is the option "Add to cart: always go to the ckeckout".
I also delete the cache. What else can I do?

2. The other point is, I have an individual invoice form (invoice.php). but always after an update of Hikashop, it is overwritten by the hikashop default invoice.php. And I have to upload always my own invoice.php again. Is there any solution for this?
