2ndary checkout used a "Quick Quote" system

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0 Business
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.8
-- PHP version -- : 7.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome / firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : N/A

Is there a way to add a 2nd check out w/ drastically reduced number of required fields?
I just need it so a user can add items to a cart, and then check out w/ only their zip (to calculate delivery) and get a final order total w/o having to put in all the customer information every time (that you have to do when placing an order in the primary checkout).

Is there a simple way to accomplish this?

Hello,

Why don't you try to use the guest mode ? In this mode the customer have only to enter his mail address to continue.
After you can keep the address field in order to allow your shipping method to process, and only a cart view to finish order.

Hope this can fit your needs.

Yes.
Add-ons like HikaAuction and HikaSubscription already propose a specific checkout workflow for auctions and subscriptions content.

So, what do you suggest I use in order to be able to have an entirely separate 2nd 'Guest' checkout on the site?

Again, I'm just trying to have items in a cart and the delivery zip code to calculate total price + delivery.
This Checkout "Quick Quote" will be on a separate hidden page from the main website storefront, but use its inventory and delivery pricing.

Hi,

While the checkout system can support several checkout workflows, as Jerome explained, There is no interface which can allow you to configure a different checkout workflow for a different page or for different user groups, etc.
So if you want to do that, that would require writing a plugin to handle the display of that second checkout page by injecting the checkout workflow you want when loading the checkout.
So it's possible, but requires some coding.
