No address on eWay checkout

You've removed the "login" view from your checkout workflow. Please add it back and you'll have the address form.
If you don't want user registration on your checkout, instead of removing the login view, you should rather turn off the "login" setting and set the "registration" setting to "guest" near the bottom of the "Checkout" tab of your HikaShop configuration.

The "submit" button is to validate the credit card information while the "finish" button will attempt to create the order and process the payment. They are not the same buttons.

One possibility is to hide the "submit" button with CSS. With only the "finish" button, it should still work the same and it will avoid confusion.
