Hi,

Is there any existing functionality in Hikashop so that when a customer add Fre in the cart then the shipping price will be free automatically (for specific zones) without using any coupon?

We have already a set of shipping methods for various zones and want to offer free shipping for few zones.

Hi,

Sure. Configure a manual shipping method with a restriction on these zones and a price of 0 and a minimum quantity of 2.
Then, in your existing manual shipping methods, set the other zones and a maximum quantity 1.
The system will automatically switch from one shipping method to the others based on the zone and the quantity of the products.
