Discount on more products

Is there any way so i can put discount (for example 10%) if someone buy 2-3 products?

Hi,

Sure. Create a coupon via the menu Orders>Coupons, and set the "Minimum number of products" to 2 or 3, and activate the "Auto load in cart if possible" and "Coupon percentage applies to product only" settings of your coupon and it will apply on the checkout automatically.
Note that this requires the Essential or the Business edition.
