The coupon not working for shipping 100%

hi, found that the coupon not working as expected. i have create a coupon to waived the shipping fees, after coupon applied the order details is not correct. the shipping price deducted also not correct.

here is the coupon settings and order details, the shipping fee waived should be RM5.90 but after coupon applied show RM4.90
