Hi
I have a few problems with the Hikashop filter:
1- Hikashop filter module is not displayed in the product list. It is only displayed on the product page.
2- The filter results are not correct. I have two types of categories: Device Type and Part Type. I have also made 2 products, one in the Board and Tea Maker categories and the other in the Key and Meat Grinder .
I have also created the filter fields for these two categories. When I select the Meat Grinder and key options in the filter section, it displays both products.
I have sent you a images of the module and menu and Hikashop filter settings.

Hello,

In order to help you we will need these elements :
- An Url link to your website (to reach the page where we can see the problem).
- Your module settings screenshot on Menu Assignement tab (check that your module is set to display only on "product page"
- Your 2 Filters entries settings screenshot (In HikaShop settings)
- Can you confirm that your product that appears in search (when its shouldn't) have only one category associated

Awaiting your feedback
Regards

Each product is associated into 3 categories.
But except for the first category, which is the same between both products, the other two categories are completely different from each other.
I'm going to filter by two other categories that are different. But both products are displayed.

Hi,

I think the issue is with the configuration of your filters.
You've set their first "category" setting on the top left of the screen to "device" and "part type". This means that the filters will only appear on listings when the current category of the listing is this category.
I checked your website and I didn't see menu items for these categories.
I think you probably want to display these filters on products listings of other categories. In that case, you want to leave that setting empty.
