Order stays in shop if customers cloose paypalpage

When customers choose to pay with paypal, they first land on a page that says " please waite and you will be redirected to paypall" after that paypal opens and the costumer needs to finish the payment.

But, if the customer just cloose this page and don't continue with the payment. The order still stays in "my orders", like a order to be deliverd.

That is not good I think. Can you help me fix it?

This is normal. When going to the payment method site the order is created in HikaShop, and once paid the status is changed to confirmed. This can allow many things, for example you can allow the customer to pay their orders later via their user control panel, or thanks to an integration with Acymailing you can send emails to ask why the order was not paid, etc..

But if you don't want to keep the created order, you can set up a mass action to delete them every hours.
