Shipping methods restrictions for prices not working properly

Hi,

I have this 4 shipment methods:

3.

4.

The first two of them are supposed to work only in Spain and Portugal.

If the price is below 80€, it has to show the first one,

and if the price is superior to 80€ is supposed to show ONLY the second one.

But, when the cart price is higher of 80€ it shows the two methods.

The last two are supposed to work on Europa (less Spain and Portugal) in similar conditions (changing the minninum and maximum price),

But it only shows the first one for all cart prices.

All the methods are "HikaShop manual shipping plugin".

I'm doing something wrong?
