-- url of the page with the problem -- : arhsvic.org.au/
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.5.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.12
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.38
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 62.0 (64bit)
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : n/a

Is it possible to prompt for address in the check out process when:
1. User has already logged in
2. Guest Checkout has been configured.

Obviously, when Guest Checkout has been configured and the user has NOT logged in he/she is prompted for email and address details.

Thanks in advance,
Adrian

Hello,

Sorry but I have difficulties to well understand your request, let's precise the context.
1. In our Mind when your user is already logged in and reach the checkout, the address field will be displayed in the checkout, his position will change links to Checkout Workflow configuration.
=> Note that if user have already enter an address it will be loaded automatically.

2. The Guest checkout mode will have to ask address, and it does, if you don't see Address field there something to check, and this start with look your Checkout Workflow configuration again.
In Main HikaShop Configuration, go to Checkout tab, then in Checkout Workflow part

Awaiting more details from you to quick help you
Regards

Many thanks for the quick reply.
In my checkout workflow I did not have the "Address" field included. So now, when a logged in user purchases an item the (shipping) address is displayed.
