I'm not sure what you mean.
When I add a product to the cart and go to your checkout, I indeed get a 0€ shipping:

However, when I go to the next step, I can see that the first shipping method (which is preselected) has the text "Kostenlose Lieferung" (free shipping):

So the situation looks normal to me.
If you don't want to display the shipping fee before reaching the shipping method selection on the second step, then, in the "cart" section of the first step of your checkout workflow, in the HikaShop configuration page, you want to turn off the "shipping price" setting:
