Update to Joomla 5

Good morning
Trying to update J4 to J5 on my testing environment.
Seems that almost everything is working except the checkboxes like in examples below.
Would you have an idea? It I probably just a config detail but...

Just noticed that this issue is only with SAFARI but not in Chrome...

Are you able to reproduce the problem if you switch to the default template of Joomla 5 ?
