Connect to hikashop from mobile (desktop) app with web service and api

Hello
I want to develop a plugin for mobile (desktop) app that connect to my joomla site and then hikashop.
With these works I want to show product & categories lists in mobile (desktop) app, then user can orders product, checkout and payment as well as hikashop web app.

please help me for choose best path.

This component use GET method for requests/responses but I want build secure connection to Hikashop for example with frameworks like OAuth2. I can create API with micro frameworks that work with database immediately but I like to create a Joomla component/plugin that benefit internal joomla library and function for create secure API with POST method and apply RESTful API orders.
