end date is not getting auto renewal

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.22
-- PHP version -- : 7.3

Hi,

Can the status and the end date be change, at the time of subscription gets auto renewal, Currently its not happening, could be it doing anything with the settings?

Hello,

If you're using a recurring plugin, the end date should be updated with the new renewal date.
In order to understand your issue, it requires further details regarding your configuration and your test subscription.
