Paypal Gateway notification

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.13
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome

PayPal gateway notification does not update in HikaShop. When order is placed and paid on PayPal page it does not reflect in Joomla. The order status remain "created" instead of "confirmed".

can someone help?
