PayPal Checkout without Instant Capture turned on does nothing

This is more of an FYI/may be an issue to look at.

I converted a couple of sites to the new PayPal Checkout and accidentally left the Instant Checkout off on one of them.

When testing, it allowed you to complete fill out your PayPal information, and appear to make the payment.

However, the page on the website never updated after the PayPal popup went away.

The order was never registered in PayPal (on either customer or vendor) and the order confirmation message on the site is never shown.

I turned Instant Capture on, and everything works.

With Instant Capture turned off, it doesn't seem like it is talking to PayPal.

I'm guessing disabling Instant Capture isn't common so this might be missed.
