Neither hover nor click on product page thumbnails working

The mouseover by the product page picture thumbnails are not working, it only displays the first picture. The other product images are displayed as thumbnails below the main product image, but we cannot get them to display in the large image box either by clicking on them or by hovering over them.

Hi,

If you edit the file "show_block_img" via the menu Display>Views, you should see this:
monosnap.com/file/ARmLjdwvPKQ80vKiwWtXJa3HwdKgdE
This onmouseover code is missing on your thumbnails. However, on the view code, it's impossible that the thumbnails would display without that onmouseover added to it.
So that means that you have customized that view file (or your template provider did) in a wrong way.
