Checkbox custom field remains uncheck after saving

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.0

Hello,

i have 2 product custom fields, one of them works correclty but at the other one when i check some options and then save product it still has no values checked. What is wrong here? I don't understand.

Hello,

Please provide details regarding the custom field settings.

We suspect that you have set-up incorrect "values" for the custom field.
While you can enter almost whatever you want regarding the "text", the values need to be number or "namekeys" so they can be stored in the database and processed by PHP. The introduction of special characters generate unwanted side effects.

Hello,

Like Jerome said and in order to understand context, you have to provide more elements like :
- HikaShop & Joomla version
- Custom field type (product, item etc)
- Complete custom field configuration page screenshot
- Use context and needs to achieve with your custom field
