Jerome,

I know it requires a CRON job to check for expired subscriptions as well as send out renewal reminders. I went back and change the products for the subscription plan from "Creation": to "create - renewal".

Where can I find what is the command line to use on the CRON job for both plans?

Hi,

The cron is to be configured in the HikaShop configuration page. You can find the documentation for that here:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ashop-cron-task.html
There is a section there for the URL: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ron-task.html#server
Note that the same cron is used for all the features that require a cron, be it in HikaShop or the other extensions linked to HikaShop.

Nicolas,

OK, here is the cron job that I added to run once a day in early morning hours.

wget -O /dev/null "https://www.divorcetoolbox.com/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=cron" > /dev/null

Does that look fine to you? Will this handle both HikaShop and HikaSerial or should I have one for 'com_hikasearial'?

I've never seen the pre and post settings about "/dev/null/. From research, it appears to basically silence the cron job so no notifications will be sent out. Is that correct?

Hello,

HikaSerial uses the HikaShop cron entry point for its tasks too.
