Custom text field is not appearing on Product Detail Page

I have created a custom field for product page, but its not appearing on Product Detail Page, here is the screenshot of the custom field I have created -

Hi,

Under "Restrictions", you have neither a category nor a product specified. Select something there. And eventually, at least for testing purposes, remove the "Display limited to" setting or enter a valid value.
