All Category listing menu connected to root category!

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.10
-- PHP version -- : 7.2
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome67

After I update Joomla and install some SEO tools all hikashop category listing menu connected to root category
they have the different link and different page ids but unfortunately, all open the root category!
azmoon.xyz/index.php/konkur/karshenasi/tajrobi
azmoon.xyz/index.php/konkur/karshenasi/riazi
I uninstall all SEO tools but the problem still there
