Characteristic/ Variant Title Not on Front End

Hi,
This is a very basic question that I can not find answer on the forum.
It's as simple as showing the characteristic title on the "characteristics table" on he front-end as shown on the "options table".
Attachment #1 - It is the current Characteristics drop-down menu for "FF Series Size" but no title at the left of the menu.
Attachment #2 - It shows the Characteristic drop-down menu title "RAM" as in the Hikashop DEMO (That is all I'm looking for.)

I've been through:
- Hikashop Configuration
- Forum
- CSS and PHP code - (I'm basic to none on PHP)
- Hikashop Demo page

My apology before hand if this is a topic that is as lame as it can be; but it seems I can't find the solution on my own.
