Australia Post Separate parcel for every product

Im using Australia post V2 , in shipping configuration set Group products together to off, when add 1 product to cart with any quantity( for example 5qty) every same product put in Separate parcel and calculate correct, but when add several different products to cart , I give
The maximum weight of a parcel is 20 kg message in checkout, I want every product put in separate package

Hikashop ver: 3.0.0
joomla: 3.6.5
php: 5.6.30
Thanks for your answer, in screenshots you can see whats Happened, my problem is with Australia post, in first screenshot I choose 5 different products with 1qty for each product, you can see error message about total weight(The maximum weight of a parcel is 20 kg) because all of products put in 1package,
in second screenshot I changed first product qty to 2qty then error message gone because all of products put in 2packages, So I want for every product I have a separate package, also I'm put Group products together button to No(3rth screenshot)
please help me about more than 20kg total weight of products

That error message seems to be coming from the AUPOST platform, can you download the last Hikashop version, install it and test it again ?

If you are still having that issue, can you send us a temporary access to your back-end through our contact form so that we can directly test it ?

There's actually a limit of 20 kg for international orders in the code of the Australia Post V2 shipping plugin, so the fact that the Australia Post platform is returning a "The maximum weight of a parcel is 20 kg." is weird.

Can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, Install it, and test it again ?

If you still have that issue, can you send us a temporary FTP access to your website so that we can directly test it ?
