skipping shipping method

hi
i am new here i install hikaShop on my site it look great and so promising

i was wondering if i can skip the part of selecting the shipping method and at the same time allowing the user to enter the shipping address

the reason to do so is that i am running a gift shop and we deliver it by our self

also is there a way to make the user enter(select)the delivery day i used custom field but the field appear on both the billing address and the shipping address

Hi,

You can go in the configuration and remove the view "shipping_" from the checkout workflow so that shipping methods won't be asked to the user.

If you want the user to enter information on the checkout you can use custom order fields. They will be linked to the order and not to the address. It's just another type of custom fields and they have the same capabilities as the custom address fields. Custom order fields are only available in the business version of HikaShop.
