"Sold by: ..." popping up out of nowhere?

This is more a HikaMarket issue than an Hikashop one, but there is an option in HikaMarket to not display this "Sold by" div.
The option is in Configuration > Market options > Displaying options.

I know it's from HikaMarket, I mentioned that.

I had (and have still) turned it off because I don't want it to show. And it is duly not showing on the product page where it's made for.

But it's showing up in Checkout, right below the <legend> HIKASHOP_SHIPPING_METHOD.

It might be "more" of a HikaMarket issue as it clearly originated from there (and I shall then post it in the respective forum, too), but it makes it over into the shop even though turned off, at a location where it's not been asked for and where it not makes the slightest bit of sense. So, there's obviously some confusion which the shop is involved with, too.
