Shipping Invoice and Invoice Popups Blank

-- Joomla version -- : 4.4.2
-- PHP version -- : 8.0.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 17.2.1
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Problem is in backend.

In the site backend, when I click on either the Invoice or Shipping Invoice buttons the popup window is blank. This is the case in Safari and Chrome on my iMac. On my laptop the same happens in Chrome but in Edge the popups work normally.

Both Safari and Chrome have had updates recently which coincides with this problem.

Since we're not able to reproduce the problem on our end, we'll need a backend access in order to check the situation directly.

Hi,

Thanks for the access. However, we tried on different browsers, on different computers, on your website and it worked each time.
So I'm thinking this is something linked to your browser / browser extensions or computer / computer software.

I would first recommend you to check the console of your browser. Maybe there are errors listed there which might be linked with the issue ?
