unnecessary question mark in Russian translation

I couldn't find that zone on our end. Is that a zone that you added yourself ?
If so, you should edit it and check that you don't have these question marks there.

I don't add this zone by myself.

I found that zone.
I tried on my end to set it up as main zone of the configuration but I didn't had the problem. So I don't know how you have that.
It seems that the accent is not understood for some reasons.

What browser are you using and which format encoding did it use automatically ?

I am using Firefox 10.0.1 but this marks appears in the IE9 too.
Windows 7 x64 Professional.
All encoding is UTF8.
Joomla 1.7.4 and Joomla 2.5.1
Last version of Business Hikashop.

Where is this zones stored? In the distribution or in translation packet?

I can delete this question marks but I need to know why this happened.

I have see this question marks in all installations of the Hikashop.
All Russian zones have this marks.

I also tried on FireFox but Russian translations display fine too:

The zones are stored in the database table jos_hikashop_zone.
You can edit them via the menu System->Zones.

O, I think that I understand why this happened.
May be because of hosting.
You can see stress mark on the letter "o".
But in Russia we don't use stress mark (emphasis) in the text.
Stress mark using only in school when we learn children how to speak correctly.

Using stress mark in addresses is incorrect. That will have many problems in use.

So I ask you (if it is possible) to remove all stress marks from Russian zones. That's incorrect

I'd love to but I can see that this stress mark is not only on latin letters like a or o but a lot on russian letter. I don't know how to do them and I'm likely to made some mistakes.

Could you open the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/update.php and do the modifications (near line 3760) and send me the file so that I can incorporate the modifications to HikaShop ?

I have corrected Ukrainian states too. They don't use stress mark too.
