I have a small problem in the page of product, why the words "Related products" are not translate in italian?

Hi,

This is the title of your module. Edit your module via the joomla module manager and you will be able to change the title. You can also use Falang/JoomFish to translate the title of the module in several languages.

The translation key you found is used for something else, not for that module as it's not HikaShop who handle the display of the title of modules but joomla/your template.
