Translation problems after update

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : IE 11 version 11.0.96

I am using multi language , English, Chinese . When receiving order status notification email, all translates but the message after (Best Regards ) which would be my site net shop name. How may I fix this?

Hi,

This could indicate an issue in the translation file.
Turn on the "debug language" option of the Joomla configuration and access a page of your shop and look at the bottom of the page. You'll get the debug data for the translation files there. And it will tell you on which line of which file is the error.
Then, just look at the line of the file mentioned and you should find the issue.
