Wrong language display

Hikashop displays the wrong language.
I think my settings are correct, Joomla default language is Hebrew, the Hikashop translation file to Hebrew is also updated (fully translated) but somehow it displays in English, any ideas?

So the hebrew language file should not be fully up to date and some translations should be missing.

yes, that could be the problem but I have already updated the file weeks ago (the Hebrew is fully translated) and it was working great, now it's not.
as I said, the translation file I made was working great and now it's not, what reason could it be???

What reason could be for Hikashop not to load the translation?

I could change the original English file but please, I need a correct solution for this issue.

It's not HikaShop which doesn't load the language, it's Joomla. And it usually indicates a parsing error because an error has been made in modifying the file.
So, in that case, you should enable the Joomla "Debug Language" option of the Joomla configuration, and then look at the bottom of the pages where the translations are missing and Joomla will tell you in the debug area which language file couldn't be loaded and which lines are problematic.

here are the lines in which Joomla say are problematic:

Joomla says that there are errors in the file language/he-IL/he-IL.com_hikashop.ini
The lines might be different by +1 or -1 so you might be looking at the wrong lines.
Also, you gave lines of the english translation file.
In the Greek language file that we provide, these lines are in Greek. For example:
NOTIFICATION_OF_ORDER_ON_WEBSITE="Αυτή η ειδοποίηση είναι για την παραγγελία %s στην ιστιοσελίδα %s"
So it doesn't seem that you're looking at the correct thing.

Thanks for the file.
I analyzed it and I found an issue with PHP (and in some way, Joomla).

You can using UTF8 characters and when we read the content in ANSI we can see the double quote character (which is forbidden in an Ini file).

So for the moment I recommend you to use a different translation and maybe see with the Joomla translation team how they manage that issue.
