How to add gift certificate serial number to invoice?

My client has a website that uses Joomla and HikaShop + HikaSerial. One of their products is a gift card. When they
receive email notification of an order placed for a gift card, or when they look up the invoice for such an order on
the back end, they see the following information about the order:

gift card amount
gift card recipient info

What is not present is the gift card serial number. Since they have a third party tracking software that they have to
add this info to, it would be helpful if the gift card serial number were also displayed. It would save them from having
to manually look up each gift card order email to get the serial number.

There is already a view "orderserial / show_order_back_invoice" which is displayed below the listing of products.
That view display the list of the serials for the order and you can override it if you want to customize it to feet to your needs.
But the serial data is display ; which should be the "gift serial number" in your case.

But is it possible to have the gift certificate serial display within the listing? So that in the product list from the screenshot above it would look like:

Product Name
Recipient
Gift certificate serial number

Product Name
Recipient
Gift certificate serial number

Product Name
Recipient
Gift certificate serial number

The way it currently works, the serial numbers display in a table after the products list but the order of the serials list doesn't match the order of the products list so my client can't tell which serial belongs to which recipient.

Hello,

There is no "gift certificate serial" ; there are just "serials".
All serials are display in that list since there is no "type" of serial, just serials.

Afterwards if you do want to do some customization and add custom code to retrieve information from "order/item" custom field ; that is possible but it's development.
