Is it possible to read Serial by external program?

Hi,
Here is a simplified version of my previous request.
How can I make an external page with one additional field - Computer ID—and corresponding to that -Computer ID—a field -Serial Number—filed?

Hello,

The "Webservice" in HikaSerial allows you to perform the "consumption" action and also to "check" the state of a serial.
The consumption is a special action which change a serial from "assigned" to "used" (only one time).

The "consumption" and "check" action allow to be extended via plugins, so you can accept extra parameters and show extra information :
