Change serial status

Hi

why the serial when used not change their status?

Although used rest in the state of "free to use"

In the pack the "pack sql date" (coupongen) I put the check on Consumable serials ... What else should I do?

I do not understand your question and I don't know anything on your HikaSerial configuration.
Please provide some screenshot of your configuration so we will be able to understand what's wrong and what to modify it.
