Does Hikaserial support multiple user download.

Hi,
I am newbie to Hikashop. Kindly clarify my doubts.

When the product is purchased I need to send a mail along with the license key. Can I login into another account and use the same license key to download the file.

For instance: I have uploaded a document and have given the number of download as 10 in the product. Now using Hikaserial can i login into many accounts and download the file upto 10 downloads. The key must be active only upto 10 downloads.

The serial generated by HikaSerial does not have any link with the HikaShop download system.
I am afraid that I don't understand what you are trying to achieve.

Okay let me make it brief.

I have attached a file to the product with 10 downloads. When I send a mail to the user I need to generate a license code which should be active only up to 10 downloads. Will it be possible to download the file using the same license code by logging in into another account (i.e. like multi-user license).

Do I have any other option to achieve this. If I modify the code can I make it possible. If so where should it be changed.

Thanks for the explanation but I still don't see the link between the generated licence code and the download.
HikaShop have a download limitation system (user must be logged with his account, limitation of period, limitation of number...) but there is no link between the "licence code" and the download.

So, where is the link ?
