Send 1 serial per product ordered not by quantity

Hello

We have been asked by a client if they can sell a product, which will have x number of licenses depending on the number chosen. However, when a user makes an order through Hikashop they only want to send 1 activation code per product ordered and then licenses will be distributed by a 3rd party application. They also want to have breakpoints for prices depending on the quantity being purchased.

Our main question is: Is there a way to only send 1 serial key per product no matter what the quantity is?

Example
Price breakpoints
1-4: $10
5-20: $8
21-40: $6
41-80: $3

I go to the online store and order the following:

Product A
Quantity: 75
Price: 75x3 = $225
Serials to send: 1

Product B
Quantity: 1
Price: $10
Serials to send: 1

Product C
Quantity: 10
Price: $80
Serials to send: 1

I have ordered 3 products, so I only should receive 3 serial keys - not 86 keys. Is this possible?

Hello,

You should not use the default feature of HikaSerial but use a plugin like "serial per order".
But that plugin will send X serial per order, not per different product in the cart.
Afterwards, you can use that plugin has a base and create your own custom plugin for your specific requirement.

Thanks for the quick reply. Just to clarify, once the plugin has been published and assigned to a serial pack we need to remove the serial pack assignment within hikashop for each product correct?

If you do not want HikaSerial to generate serials for the products (depending the quantity) ; yes, you have to remove the pack assignation.
