customize listing view not work

customize listing view not work was created by sadaf3d
hi
please check path -> Display>views> serial / listing.php
and change that, it is not affect on
yoursite.com/hikashop-menu-for-user-control-panel/serial/listing
i can see overriding file in theme/html folder but not any affect on that menu item. but when i modify manually in
/public_html/components/com_hikaserial/views/serial/tmpl/listing.php
then my work affect on the menu item for listing serials.
can you check and confirm that?
