Would it be possible to have more details ? Which "user panel" are you talking about exactly ?
What do you want to display as information ? Do you want to use a module ? How do you want to generate the export ?

Xell, you can override the view "front-end | your_frontend_template | order | listing" and add some custom code into in order to display the user serials.
