I have created a pack of coupons using hikaserial. I have set the the coupon to a single product and the quota to 1. The product requires custom information, so you cannot have a higher quantity than 1 but can have multiple instances of the product within the cart. When applying the coupon, it apply's the discount to all instances of the product and not just one.
Is there a setting to only allow a coupon to match up with 1 instance of the product and not all within the basket.
Also is there a setting to allow more than one coupon to be applied to the basket as the coupon entry box disappears once a coupon is entered.

thanks mike

Hi,

I'm afraid that your question is more related to HikaShop than HikaSerial.
The HikaSerial coupon generator will create a coupon using your "coupon template", for the rest it is still an HikaShop coupon.
And I think that you will have the same issue with a coupon created manually with the same configuration than your coupon template (or directly your coupon template, if you published it).

The best would be to create a new thread in the HikaShop forum section with a screenshot of one of your coupon and the same explanation of the issue you wrote here.
